The content of the website such as text, graphics, icons, images, videos, audio files and software is owned by Olivia’s Artline. Downloading content from the Website is permitted if it is only for personal and non-commercial use. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or republish content from the website for public or commercial.

Olivia’s Artline guarantee the accuracy of the information on the website is correct. However, we can always be contacted regarding incorrect information on the website. Olivia’s Artline reserves the right to change the content of the website at any time without prior notice.

If the Website contains links to third party sites, Olivia’s Artline not for the content of such third-party sites. The links are made available as a service to the users, and visits to the linked third-party sites are at the user’s own risk.

The following terms and conditions apply to all to customers of Olivia’s Artline who order goods at Olivia’s Artline online shop.

1)Conclusion of contract

There is a final and binding agreement between you and Olivia’s Artline once your order has been confirmed by Olivia’s Artline. Olivia’s Artline will send you an order confirmation via email once the order has been accepted and shipped. The receipt for the order, which is received immediately after your submission of the order, does not constitute an order confirmation.

  • You can only buy products on Olivia’s Artline online shop as a private consumer and not as a business customer.
  • Reasonable use

Olivia’s Artline reserves the right to prevent persons from shopping at Olivia’s Artline online shop in the event of a high number of returns.

In addition, we reserve the right to deactivate a customer account in case of suspected fraud.

In connection with purchases made on our online shop, which are sent outside the EU. Olivia’s Artline is not obliged to assist with a refund of VAT on products purchased from Olivia’s Artline web shop

  • Olivia’s Artline Invoice

This payment service is offered to all loyal Olivia’s Artline customers. Olivia’s Artline Invoice is only available if there is a positive credit rating. As part of the ordering process and the handling of your order. You have 8 days to pay the product.

  1. Advance deposit payment option

You will need to transfer the exact amount to Olivia’s Artline bank Jyske bank account with the address Søndergade 42, 8700 Horsens, Denmark. Regnr: 5148 / Kontonr: 000100589. As soon as payment has been made, I’m gonna proceed with the process.The remaining balance would be on the time of delivery and within the period of 8 days from shipment of the goods. This payment method requires a valid credit or debit card. We reserve the right to check the validity of the card. The amount is reserved on the card and deducted when the goods are shipped.

You can pay for your order in whole or in part with a Olivia’s Artline gift card. If the balance on the gift card exceeds the order amount, the balance on the gift card is adjusted accordingly.

Olivia’s Artline reserves the right to change prices that may be incorrectly stated on Olivia’s Artline online shop. Olivia’s Artline also reserves the right to change prices and to change fees and / or other costs stated on Olivia’s Artline online shop at any time, ex. due to changes in VAT rates or other government fees and charges, rising costs or because of the normal development in retail prices.

Note that some banks charge a foreign fee on transactions in our online shop. This fee is charged by the bank and Olivia’s Artline cannot refund it. For more information, please contact your bank.

All payments are subject to control and approval by both the card issuer / payment provider and us for security reasons and to avoid fraud. We reserve the right to reject certain payment methods, and / or to refer to alternative payment methods depending on the circumstances.

4. Delivery

Normal delivery time it takes up to 3 to 5 working days depending on the location of the customers.

Shipping prices when ordering goods on Olivia’s Artline online shop write as follows:

  • Free delivery for purchases over 600.00 DKK
  • We only use DAO parcel delivery for our deliveries
  • DAO home delivery: 45.00 DKK that is for 1 square box (L14cm, B15cm, H15cm) boxes bigger than that is subject to additional fees.
  • DHL Express delivery: 149.00 DKK

Olivia’s Artline is not obliged to deliver goods that are unavailable/out of stock.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the agreement entered without justification but please make sure that you cancel your product ordered within 24-hour period, otherwise cancellation fee will be incurred if the product has been in place and started ex. Mugs, Lunchbox, T-shirt, and Eco bags. The same fees apply.

Withdrawal policy

The right of withdrawal is valid at least 24 hours’ notice.

  1. If the last day for exercising the right of withdrawal falls on a public holiday, a Saturday, Sunday, Constitution Day, 24 December or 31 December, the time limit expires the following working day.
  2. The withdrawal period is complied with if you send your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Olivia’s Artline customer service by sending an e-mail to olivia.artline@gmail.com containing your decision to withdraw from this agreement in an unequivocal statement.
  4. You can easily and simply send this message to our customer service via our contact form on the website
  5. You can also choose to use this STANDARD CANCELLATION FORM, but it is not mandatory.
  6. We point out that the address to which the declaration of cancellation of the agreement must be sent to the same address to which the goods must be returned.
  7. If we receive your goods returned without notice from you of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, we will consider the return of the goods as an exercise of the right to cancel the purchase.

Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in any case no later than prior to 24 hours’ notice from the time on which we have received notification of your decision to cancel this agreement.

. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees because of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

In case of partial return of goods, we do not reimburse delivery costs.

Return policy

In returning the goods to Olivia’s Artline.

  • You have to return the goodswithout undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you have informed us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal.
  • You must send the item within 14 days period.
  • The return is considered timely if the item has been handed in for postal shipping or another type of shipping service responsible for shipping the item to Olivia’s Artline before the expiration of the 14 days. As proof of timely return of the item, a receipt is submitted for delivery to the postal service or similar for shipment.
  • You must fill out the following forms together with description on why you are returning the product.
  • Send the items together with the filled-out forms to us (You have the option to use the return address label or use your own)
  • Olivia’s Artline bears the costs (postage / shipping) in connection with your return of the goods, provided you use our return label to return the goods, but If you send the goods in another way, you bear all costs in connection with the return of the goods.
  • Make sure that the items/product has not been used, still intact and no damage when returning.
  • It is important that the items/product is on its original packaging (the same packaging when you receive it)
  • As soon as we have received it, we will re-assess the item and we will refund the money to the card you used on the time of transaction or replace the item if it needs to be replaced.

In some cases, it is possible to return goods purchased in Olivia’s Artline online shop in the address provided on the website under “contact us page”.

However, some of our items are delicate and provided with a special care. This mark does not prevent you from trying on the clothes, but if the mark is removed/damaged, we point out that you may not be able to exercise your full right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are used/degraded or damaged.

6. Notification in case of defective goods

According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, Olivia’s Artline gives a right of complaint for 24 months on all goods. The right of complaint means that you can complain about defects and deficiencies in the item, which have occurred within 24 months of purchase. You must complain within a reasonable time after such an error or defect is or should have been established.

  • We reimburse shipping costs according to DAOs rates that you may have in connection with the return of the item when the complaint is justified.

  1. If you no longer have a return slip and return label, you can contact our customer service and get a new one sent to you.

7. Complaints

If you disagree with our processing of your complaint, you can contact and submit a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution.

  • Please note that certain conditions must be met before the Complaints Resolution Center can process your complaint. You can read more at NAEVNENESHUS.DK. You can also find a link to the Center for Complaint Resolution’s online complaint form HERE.

8. Responsibility

  • Olivia’s Artline is not responsible for delays or non-compliance due to some unforeseen circumstances. Olivia’s Artline will perform it’s best to fulfill its obligations to consumers.
  • Take note that Olivia’s Artline liability for all claims is limited to an amount corresponding to the price of the item that you have purchased.
  • Olivia’s Artline assumes product liability to you in accordance with applicable law.

9. Gift certificate

  • Please note that when purchasing a gift card from Olivia’s Artline online shop, you accept the general terms and conditions for GIFT CARDS.
  • Discount codes or other types of discounts cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
