  • EXECUTION OF YOUR ORDER

In order to process and execute your order, we need some information from you. When you place an order, you must therefore provide us with your name, address, e-mail, telephone number and your chosen payment method. In addition, you will of course also state which products you want to order.   • OUR APPS

In our apps, you can choose to receive push notifications about campaigns etc. From us.

3. SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA

To offer you our various services, we share personal data with our partners. We only share personal data when this is legal, and all our partners are obliged to process your personal data securely. Some of our partners are “data controllers” and others are “data processors”.

DATA RESPONSIBLE

The affiliates described in this section are data controllers, which means they are directly responsible for the processing of your data. We only share personal data with these partners to the extent necessary for them to provide their service, such as shipping a package.

When you complete an order, your payment will be handled by our payment solution partners and your order will be sent to our warehouse partner. Some of our payment solution partners is only Jyske bank. To offer these payment solutions, we pass on certain information, including your contact information and order information, so that the payment solution provider can assess whether you can be offered their service and adapt the payment options. Subsequently, when your order is packed and ready for shipment, we will pass on your name, address, e-mail and telephone number to our delivery partners, who will complete the delivery.

For marketing purposes, we may also share non-reversible and encrypted (hashed) data about you and your use of our websites and services with our affiliates, who may combine this data with other information about you that you have provided to them directly or which they themselves have collected. We also share information about your IP address and order information with our “affiliate marketing” partners in order to settle commissions for their referral to our webshops.

DATA PROCESSORS

The business partners described in this section are data processors, which means that they may only process personal data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.

Our payment solution partner Adyen processes your payments as a data processor. Your specific payment information is sent directly to Adyen, where it is processed and stored in a highly secure environment in accordance with legal standards.

Thus, we have various technical service providers who process your personal data when they have access to our databases or store personal data in their applications on our behalf. These service providers include hosting providers, website platform providers and communication tool providers.

In addition, we have partners who provide various functions regarding customer service and customer feedback, including, for example, suppliers of chat functions to our website and customer satisfaction surveys, respectively.

In addition, as part of our marketing activities, we share information about our customers, including contact information, in non-reversible and encrypted (hashed) form with social media and other parties who make our ads available on their websites or in the social media news feed.

5. HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR DATA

We only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, to establish, exercise or defend legal requirements or to comply with legal requirements, ex. accounting rules in the countries in which we operate. When this is no longer the case, the information is deleted.

You can also ask us to delete personal data that we have registered about you. We will grant your request unless we are required by law to retain the information or information relevant to an imminent or pending case / dispute.
