When ordering goods at Olivia’s Artline shop

  • Normal delivery time it takes up to 2 to 5 working days depending on your order and your location.
  • Shipping fees subject to change without prior notice.
  • Free delivery for purchases over 600.00 DKK and up

Shipping fees write as follows:

  • We only use DAO parcel delivery for our deliveries.
  • DAO home delivery: 45.00 DKK that is for 1 square box
    • (L14cm, B15cm, H15cm) boxes bigger than that is subject to additional fees.
  • DHL Express delivery: 149.00 DKK
  • GLS 58 DKK

Olivia’s Artline is not obliged to deliver goods that are unavailable or out of stock.

How do i return an order?

Just follow these 4 steps in our return procedure:

1. PREPARATION

  • You must fill out the following forms (Return code form) together with description on why you are returning the product.
  • Return your items in the bag / box it was delivered in.
    • It is important that the items/product is on its original packaging (the same packaging when you receive it)
    • If you no longer have the original package, you can use any other bag or box of your choice
  • If you want to return something that is not a T shirt, you can find the specific return policy in the product description.

2. PACKAGING

  • Make sure that the items/product has not been used, still intact and no damage when returning.
  • Put the prepaid return label on the package, be aware that it must cover the original shipping label
  • Then seal the package tightly so that it is not damaged during shipment.

3. RETURN

If you have ordered via:

  • ParcelShop -Dao: you can return the parcel via your local Dao parcel shop
  • Remember to ask for a receipt as proof that you have returned the package and keep it until we have processed your return.

4. REFUND

  1. It may take up to 15 working days before the goods are back in our store.
  2. As soon as we have received your package in stock, we will send a confirmation to your mail
  3. After your return has been processed, we will send a refund via the same payment method you used when ordering your order
  4. Be aware that it can take several days before the money can be seen in your account, depending on what agreement you have with your bank and what terms and policies your bank has
