Store policy for returns

Consumers are protected by the Consumer Bill of Rights. The bill states that consumers have the right to be informed, the right to choose, the right to safety, the right to be heard, the right to have problems corrected, the right to consumer education, and the right to service.

Returning the item/product

  1. You must send the item within 15 days.
  2. You must fill out the following form (return code forms) together with description on why you are returning the product.
  3. Send the items together with the filled-out forms to us (You have the option to use the return address label or use your own)
  4. Make sure that the items/product has not been used, still intact and no damage when returning.
  5. It is important that the items/product is on its original packaging (the same packaging when you receive it)
  6. As soon as we have received. We will assess the item.
  7. We will refund the money to the card you used on the time of transaction or replace the item if it needs to be replaced.

Items for exchange

  1. Make a new order on the web shop.
  2. Return the items (read above how to return the item)
  3. When ordering for exchange make sure that the item is not sold out.
  4. When you buy the new product, remember to write the order number on the form
  5. As soon as we have received the item, then we will send the new product you have ordered online.

  3. Then return the item to us.

* Note: In the package you can find the return address label. (You have the option to use the return address label or use your own). If you wish to use it. It cost kr. 39,- which initially we will deduct for the amount that would be returned.
